Services Provided
We offer Quality Assurance (QA) services and content-related services, including but not limited to:
- Manual & automated testing
- Mobile and web testing
- SEO content writing
- Product descriptions
- Technical documentation
The scope and timeline of each project will be defined in the service agreement or proposal shared with the client.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required project details, access credentials, and documentation.
- Respond to queries or feedback within agreed timelines.
- Ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
- Delays due to missing information or client inaction may affect delivery timelines.
Payments and Pricing
- Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice.
- Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes (if any).
- No refunds will be provided for work already completed unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all client data, credentials, and business information as confidential and will not share or use it outside the scope of the agreed services. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our internal processes and deliverables.
Intellectual Property
For QA services: All scripts, reports, and tools developed specifically for the client are their property upon full payment.
For content services: All content (blogs, copy, etc.) becomes the client’s property once payment is made.
We reserve the right to showcase generic or anonymized work in our portfolio unless an NDA prohibits it.
Revisions and Edits
QA testing bugs will be retested based on original scope.
Content includes [1–2] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses due to third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, CMS, app stores)
- Missed deadlines caused by client delays
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Termination
Either party may terminate services with prior written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due immediately.
Governing Law
